On the occasion of the GO! Franciscan Youth Meeting , on Thursday, August 6, 2026 , His Holiness Pope Leo XIV will take part in the final meeting with young people at the Papal Basilica of Santa Maria degli Angeli – Porziuncola , in Assisi.
Accreditation requests for journalists, photographers, and videographers must be submitted exclusively by completing the form available at the following link :

Requests must be received no later than 12.00 noon on Tuesday 28 July 2026 .
Sending the request does not automatically result in the release of the accreditation .
The outcome of the application and the related access methods will be communicated to applicants exclusively via email.
Accreditations will not be issued on the day of the event.
Program details and operational information will be made available at a later date.

- Accreditations will be assigned based on actual availability.
- Regarding the GO! Franciscan Youth Meeting program , the evening events in the squares and the exhibitions “I, Brother Francis” and “Prophecies for Peace” are open to the public and freely accessible. However, the workshops and laboratories are strictly private to protect the privacy of the young people present; consequently, photography or audiovisual recording is not permitted during them.
Notice to Media Professionals
Journalists and media professionals are informed that the deadline for submitting accreditation requests has been extended to Monday, August 3, 2026.
Consequently, notifications regarding the outcome of accreditation requests will be sent only after the process has closed, once all applications have been verified.
It will therefore not be possible to provide individual feedback until that date.
